All prices are in Philippine pesos at suggested retail price and include no hidden charges; the shipping fee shown at checkout is the full delivery charge. Orders may be paid online (GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard via Xendit) or by Cash on Delivery where available. Cash-on-Delivery orders require one-time mobile verification.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. A flat J&T rate is charged at checkout regardless of destination.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order reference and photos of the item received. Verified claims are resolved with a replacement or a full refund of the item price, at your option. Opened consumable products cannot otherwise be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
